Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to the Official Respondents, particularly the Department of Finance and other administrative Department to complete the entire administrative process by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, both inter departmental and intra departmental, within twelve (12) weeks from today and transfer the net amount of Rs.8,74,606/- into the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter. 4. 5.
