This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused petitioners, namely, Mahibul Hussain, praying for grant of bail in connection with Sorbhog P.S. Case No.101/2025 registered under Sections 331(4)/305(a)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 in which, he was shown arrested on 14.10.2025. 3. The learned Addl. P.P. submits that upon completion of investigation, final report has been submitted vide F.R. No. 8 dated 30.10.2025. 4. In view of the same, in the instant case, the accused/petitioner is allowed to go on bail on a personal bond of Rs.5000/- to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court and subject to the following conditions that:- (i) That the accused person shall co-operate with the process of law. 5.
