Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that, after filing the present Writ Petition complaining of the inaction on the part of Respondent No.1 in not acting upon the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner, Respondent No.1 has passed an Order on 24.07.2025, i.e., subsequent to the filing of the present Writ Petition, thereby rejecting the request of the Writ Petitioner. In this view of the matter, the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the Order passed by RespondentNo. 1 on 24.07.2025. Request granted.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Writ Petitioner to challenge the Order passed by Respondent No.1, dated
24.07.2025. No order as to costs. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
