Case No. 49 of 2024 corresponding to Spl. POCSO Case No. 45 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 137 and 70(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 6 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar. 3. On 12.10.2024, three unknown persons raped the victim at a place near St. Xavier College, Mahuadanr. 4. T.I. Chart earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the petitioner was put on T.I. Parade in which victim has not identified him. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar in connection with Mahuadanr P.S.
