Respondent, who is also present in person, is directed to furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- [Rupees Fifty Thousand] with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court on or before 20.06.2026, undertaking therein to appear in the Court as and when directed to do so and also to surrender, in case, appeal is allowed, to serve sentence. The bail bonds to be furnished by the respondent, shall be transmitted by learned Trial Court to the Registry of this Court for placing the same on record. 7.
