The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court vide its order Page No.# 2/2 dated 01.12.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile the charge has been laid bearing charge-sheet No. 6/2026 dated 08.01.2026 against the present petitioner. 4. In view of the submissions made by the parties, and in view of the fact that the charge sheet had already been laid and there is nothing on record to indicate that the petitioner has misused her liberty or has not cooperated investigation, hence the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner, namely, Mousumi Saikia, by order dated 01.12.2025 is hereby made absolute with the condition No.1 and 2 attached to the said order remaining intact. 5.
