(ORAL) 1. In the present petition, the challenge is to the impugned Award dated 10.04.2001 (Annexure P-3) whereby, the workman has been reinstated with continuity and full back wages. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners-State submits that the grant of back wages by the Labour Court vide impugned Award dated 10.04.2001 (Annexure P-3) was stayed on 22.11.2001. 3. The writ petition was admitted on 22.11.2001 but there was no interim order qua reinstatement. 4.
