GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate 12 issue a writ direction order or orders declaring the action of the respondents No.4 and 5 herein in not taken any action on my complaint dt.15.07.2025 against the unofficial respondents who attacked on my family residing at Monampalem village Pudirayadoruvu Gramapanchayat Vakadu Mandal Tirupati District as per law as wholly arbitrary illegal without jurisdiction and void and violated the principles of natural justice and affected my rights guaranteed under article 14 191g 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein to take action on the complaint dt 15072025 against the unofficial respondents herein who attacked on my family by way of social boycott from the village and to take action according to law” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on complaint given by the petitioner, police have registered a case in Crime No.49 of 2025 of Vakadu Police Station, Tirupathi District for the offences punishable under Sections 189(3), 329(4), 331(3), 305(a) and 351(2) read with 190 of BNS. 3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
