(Oral) Compliance affidavit filed under the signature of Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, Dharamshala, Kangra, clearly reveals that vide office order dated 9.4.2025, contract service rendered by the petitioner, Mr. Mandeep, Junior Office Assistant (IT) has been treated on regular basis from the date of his initial appointment i.e. 27.7.2020 with all consequential benefits, subject to final outcome of the LPA and any legal remedy, if any, exercised by the Board/State 2. Having perused aforesaid order vis-à-vis judgment sought to be complied with, this Court is persuaded to agree with learned counsel for the respondent that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have 2 been violated stands duly complied with and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition. 2. Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of. Needless to say, consequential benefits in terms of aforesaid compliance, shall be released expeditiously, preferably, within six weeks, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law for implementation/execution of the judgment sought to be complied with.
