Case No. 1222 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and later Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to be the assailant of the injured and he is not the assailant of the deceased. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2024. 5.
