GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondents 3 and 4 are harassing the petitioner and her inmates without there being any case pending against them. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the respondent-police not to harass the petitioner in any manner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the respondent-police particularly the 4th respondent neither went to the petitioner’s house nor harassed the petitioner on 23.06.2025 and 24.07.2025, never abused the petitioner and never called 3 her. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that by recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-police to follow the procedure according to law and do not call the petitioner to the police station and do not harass her. There shall be no order as to costs.
