He submits that, since the petitioner was earlier enlarged on bail on the merits of the case, the trial Court may be directed to consider the regular bail application of the petitioner on the same day. 2. The submission is placed on record. 3. The petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. In the event the petitioner surrender's before the jurisdictional Court and files necessary application seeking regular bail, the same shall be considered on its merits and disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
