Since order dated 08.11.2016, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.(1), Una, District Una, Himachal Pradesh, as affirmed by learned First Appellate Court vide order dated 24.04.2018, are subject to the final adjudication of the proceedings pending before the trial Court, in view thereof, present proceedings are closed. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 4.
