Rajni Pandey in Writ A Nos. 9472/2023 and 15357/2023 has already been decided vide judgment dated 05.02.2025 whereby impugned order is set aside with a direction that its legal consequence shall follow, therefore, learned counsel for petitioner prays that petitioner being similarly situated employee and being effected by impugned order, as challenged in above referred writ petitions, may be granted same relief in terms of judgment passed in above referred writ petitions. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection if such prayer is considered. 4. Accordingly, impugned order dated 21.01.2021 passed by D.I.O.S., Varanasi is hereby set aside and this writ petition is disposed of in terms of judgment passed in Writ A Nos. 9472/2023 and 15357/2023.
