Bhati, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition, certain subsequent developments have taken place inasmuch as, a report has been made by the State Level Committee of the Office of the Commissioner of Industries and Page No.# 3/3 Commerce. He therefore submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition without prejudice to the petitioner with liberty to re-file bringing on record a challenge to the subsequent events. 2. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. 3. Liberty however is given to the petitioner to assail the actions already impugned in the present writ petition as well as the subsequent actions. 4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
