Prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to release compensation amount in favour of the petitioner in respect of his one-fourth share in Khasra No. 44-ka, Mauja Sarai Daulat, Pargana Talgram, Tehsil Chhibramau, District Kannauj, in pursuance of award dated 19.10.2021. 2. The case of the petitioner is that he has one-fourth share in the acquired land and although an award has also been declared, but compensation amount is not being released in his favour. 3. In Writ - C No. 6890 of 2025, filed by Mohd Sarf Alam, also claiming one-fourth share in Khasra No. 44-ka, Mauja Sarai Daulat, Pargana Talgram, Tehsil Chhibramau, District Kannauj, the competent authority has taken the stand that it is examining the claim of the parties and would take decision as soon as relevant documents are supplied. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid stand of the competent authority, we dispose of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority with a proper representation along with evidence in support of his claim so that it is examined by the competent authority in accordance with law. 5.
