ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:
“Wherefore, the petitioner above named prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to quash the summoning notice and proceedings initiated by the Respondents herein against the petitioner dated 08.05.2025 in Annexure-A in the ends of justice.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned HCGP for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record.
3. In addition to reiterating the various contentions urged in the petition and referring to the material on record, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent did not have jurisdiction/authority of law to initiate any action against the petitioner and as such, the impugned intimation at Annexure-A dated 08.05.2005 deserves to be quashed.

4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the impugned intimation at Annexure-A dated 08.05.2025 merely calls upon the petitioner to appear and produce reply along with documents and if the petitioner fails to do so, respondent shall proceed further in accordance with law.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and submission made by both sides, the petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit appropriate/suitable reply to impugned intimation at Annexure-A within a period of four weeks from today.
6. It is further directed that pursuant to the petitioner submitting reply along with documents to the respondents, the concerned respondent shall consider the same and provide sufficient and reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, hear him and proceed further in the matter in accordance with law. It is further
directed that respondent shall not take any precipitative/coercive steps against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned intimation.

7. It is made clear that this order shall not be construed or treated as an order upholding the claim of the petitioner on merits and no opinion is expressed on the merits/demerits of the rival
contentions and the same are kept open. Subject to the aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
