GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus highhanded acts, things, deeds of the Respondents No. 4 and 5 for continuously summoning (calling) the petitioner through phone for petitioners appearance in the 5th respondent -Police Station without any reasonable cause or enquiry in respect of any FIR against petitioner and such interference with the life and liberty, without any legal authority illegal, arbitrary and violations of BNSS (Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha) and also violation of articles 14, 19, 20 (3) and 21 of the Constitution of India. Consequently direct the respondent No. 4 and 5 not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, based on the report submitted by Respondent No.7, the Police are going to register a case against the Petitioners for the offence of theft. 3. Sri B.Satya Naga Manjeet, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, Respondent No.7 earlier filed a complaint against the Petitioners before the SHO, Akiveedu Police Station and the matter was settled and again for the self same case, she filed the present complaint against the Petitioners. 3 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
