Heard Sri Venkata Mohan Rao Pathakota, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 3. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner’s father is the absolute owner of an agricultural land of an extent of Ac.1.862 cents in Sy.Nos.747-1G, 747-1H and 751-1A of Sathuluru Village, Nadendla Mandal, Palnadu District. The petitioner's father passed away on August 2,
2023.
Subsequently, the petitioner’s mother and two younger sisters gave an affidavit on 28.10.2024, requesting to update the Record of Rights in respect of the aforementioned lands and to mutate the name of the petitioner in the Revenue Records. The petitioner made an application vide Application No.MLPM2410290307 dated 29.10.2024 (Ex.P1), to the Village/Ward

Secretariat, to mutate his name and issue a Pattadar Pass Book and the Title Deed. However, the same has not been considered so far. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the application made by the petitioner is under process and the same will be considered as per the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder. The same is recorded. 4. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned 3rd respondent to consider the application made by the petitioner vide Application No.MLPM2410290307 dated 29.10.2024 (Ex.P1), regarding the land of an extent of Ac.1.862 cents in Sy.Nos.747-1G, 747-1H and 751-1A of Sathuluru Village, Nadendla Mandal, Palnadu District, strictly as per the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder, as expeditiously as possible preferably in two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
