ORAL ORDER
1. It is the case of the petitioner that respondent is required to consider the representation submitted by him on 10.01.2024.
2. A perusal of the representation dated 10.01.2024 indicates that the site bearing No.21 in II Block was allotted to Kenchappa i.e., the father of petitioner and therefore, the Khata was required to be registered in his name.
3. In my view, since the petitioner is claiming that the property in question was allotted to his father and a Hakku Patra was also issued, the Khata is required to be registered in his name, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders.
4. It is needless to state that nothing said in this order shall be construed as this Court rendering any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner

5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
