Due to heavy floods, the Budameru river bunds were damaged. In Mylavaram Constituency, the irrigation authorities identified 126 places of the Budameru bund which were damaged in the said floods. When the matter is stood thus, surprisingly some of the unknown persons have executed the said works without any work order as well as without any nomination. As such, the petitioner has submitted a representation on 04.06.2025 requesting the respondents to initiate necessary enquiry on the said issue to safeguard the exchequer of the Government. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that, despite submitting representations dated 04.06.2025 and as well as on 11.06.2025, no action has been initiated by the respondent authorities. As the representations made by the petitioner are pending for consideration before all the respondent authorities, instead of going into merits of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the 5'^ respondent, who is the answering authority to pass appropriate orders on the representations made by the petitioner on 04.06.2025 and 11.06.2025 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. 4.
