Girdharilal) pending before him, within shortest period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the opposite party has appeared in the aforesaid SCC revision. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the revision petition within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
