CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE M A CHOWDHARY, JUDGE
ORDER
11.08.2025
1. There is no representation on behalf of the parties, and the same was the case on behalf of the petitioner for the last two consecutive dates of hearing, i.e., 18.11.2024 and 27.05.2025, which suggests that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the instant contempt petition. It also appears that the order sought to be complied with has been complied with by the respondents.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the proceedings in this contempt petition are closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to seek restoration of the petition, if the cause survives.
3.
Disposed off accordingly.
