Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Saraidhela P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019 for the offences registered under sections 323, 376, 511, 336, 379 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. It is alleged that the petitioner had attempted to rape the victim. 4. It was submitted that earlier also, same victim had instituted a case under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner in which he was acquitted. It was further submitted that the victim wants to marry this petitioner and when the petitioner refused her proposal, she is filing one case after another to implicate the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Saraidhela P.S.
