After some hearing, Mr. Farman Ali, learned SPC for the respondents, on instructions from the oficer Mr. Vinod, submits that , as the petitioner’s case is that he reasons, to be present during conduct ing the physical examination on 16 July 2025, as a special case and without intending it to operate it as a precedent, the respondents are willing to allow him to appear in the examination on 11 August 2025, on which date others who could not participate in the physical examination on 16 July 2025 have ben allowed to appear. 2. We appreciate the eminently fair stand taken by Mr. Farman Al i W.P.(C) 11982 /2025 Page 2 of 2 as well as the oficer Mr. Vinod , who has instructed him. 3. Acordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 4. Pending miscellaneous applications also stand disposed of. 5.
