Counsel for the petitioner contends that his claim is fully covered by the judgment dated 28.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-6614-2016 titled as Shyam Lal (DECEASED) through his LRs Versus State of Haryana and others. Learned State Counsel is not a position to dispute that the said judgment would be applicable to the facts of the present case and that it favours the claim of the petitioner.
