Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner and also considering the fact that representation of the petitioner is pending since 09.06.2025, without entering into the merits of the case the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
