Pursuant to the order dated 07.03.2025, the corpus (petitioner no.1- Ruchi Sharma) is present before this Court. On a query being raised, she has categorically refused to go alongwith petitioner no.2- Ramanand Yadav @ Gama. Accordingly, the present petition has no merit and is dismissed. The legal expenses of Rs.25,000/- has been paid by the petitioner no.2 through demand draft bearing No.927364, dated 18.03.2025, in favour of petitioner no.1 (corpus) in the Court today.
