Joginder Kumar & Ors. vs. State of H.P. & Anr.1 was disposed of with directions to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in light of State of H.P. & Ors. vs. Sardari Lal & Anr.2 and to pass appropriate order within a period of six weeks.

Pursuant to the above, the respondents have issued an office order dated 05.08.2024, in which the name of the petitioner appears at Serial No.5. The petitioner’s grievance is that, though the respondents have passed the

consideration order, he is entitled to benefits greater than those granted therein. If that is the petitioner’s grievance, it is for him to challenge the consideration order to the extent of such grievance in accordance with law by availing the appropriate remedy.

With the above observation, the present execution petition is disposed of. Petitioner is, however, at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, including against the
consideration. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of.
