The record reveals that 699.9 gm was recovered from the co-accused person and on their statement the present petitioner has been taken into custody. We have seen the record annexed to the bail petition and we have also seen the order passed by the learned Trial Court in G.R Case No. 1569/2025. In the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner shall be released on bail in connection with the aforementioned case on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- with two surety to the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Dhubri subject to the following conditions; i) That the accused person shall co-operate with the investigation and appear before the I/O for further examination. ii) That the accused person shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence. In case, the petitioner is found to be accused in any other cases of similar nature henceforth, the State would be at liberty to inform the same to the Court for cancellation of the bail granted to the petitioner. This bail application stands disposed of.
