(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 31.7.2025, issued under the signature of Executive Engineer, HPPWD Division Sangrah, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that government has now given approval to implement the judgment subject to outcome of the SLP pending in the Hon’ble Apex Court. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that pursuant to approval given by the Government of Himachal Pradesh, necessary directions stand issued to LAC (SZ) 2 HPPWD, Shimla, to process the necessary papers for issuance of notification under Section 11. 3. Though in terms of aforesaid communication, steps already stand initiated for implementation of mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, but having taken note of the fact that judgment alleged to have been violated, was passed on 5.4.2023 and six months’ time was granted to the respondents to implement the judgment, this Court while closing the instant proceedings deems it fit to direct the respondents to ensure that notification under Section 11 is issued within two weeks and thereafter, entire process is completed within the statutory period, failing which they would aggravate the contempt and petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken against the erring officials.
