GP FOR HOME 2 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos.5 and 6 in summoning the petitioners to the police station interfering in civil/matrimonial disputes between the petitioners and Respondent No 7 as illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India Consequently direct the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 not to interfere in the civil/matrimonial disputes between the petitioners and Respondent No.7 also not to summon the petitioners to the police station” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioners, the investigation has been completed, and the charge sheet has also been filed. He further would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Since the investigation in the crime registered against the petitioner has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes and are further directed not to call the petitioners to the police station. 6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
