Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused-applicant praying for bail in connection with Mariani P.S. Case No. Page No.# 2/2 120/2025 under Sections 21(b)/22(c)/27A/29 of NDPS Act read with Section 111(4) of BNS. 3. The gist of the allegation as alleged in the FIR dated 19.08.2025 is that on receipt of certain information, the Police had conducted a raid at the restaurant belonging to the husband of the accused – applicant and police recovered 21.82 grams of Heroin from the restaurant and 965 grams of sampax capsules from the kitchen of the restaurant. It was also alleged that subsequent search from the rented premises of the accused – applicant, 1598 grams of sampax capsules were also recovered. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Charge-Sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide C.S. No. 128/2025 dated 31.10.2025. 5. In view of the filing of the Charge-Sheet, the learned counsel appearing for the accused – applicant submits that the accused – applicant should be given liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for appropriate relief. 6. In view of the aforesaid, this bail application is closed with a liberty to the accused – applicant to approach the learned Court for appropriate relief. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
