Petitioner has filed the present petition claiming for the following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider and decide the petitioner’s representations dated 17.01.2025 and 29.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) within a stipulated time frame. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to promote lthe petitioner from Assistant Grade-III Digitally signed by V PADMAVATHI Date: 2025.06.19 18:44:02 +0530 Wps 4733 of 2025 2 to Assistant Grade-II based on her seniority, with all consequential benefits, including arrears of pay and allowances. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem-fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is presently working as AG-III, and posted at the Office of Divisional Joint Director, Health Services, Bilaspur, and is entitled for promotion on the post of AG-II/Accountant/Cashier/Steward but the petitioner is deprived of from her promotion, whereas, her Juniors have been promoted on the post of AG-II. He would further submit that raising her grievance, she had moved representation before respondents- 2 and 3 on 17.01.2025 and 29.05.2025 but the same are still remain undecided by the authorities, and therefore, respondents-2 and 3 may be directed to decide her pending representations (Annexure P1) within a reasonable time, in accordance with law. 3. The submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner are not opposed by the learned State counsel, and he would submit that the authorities will decide the pending representations of the petitioner within the stipulated time frame, as fixed by this Court, in accordance with law. 4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, and the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner with respect to the decision and disposal of her pending representations, respondents-2 and 3 are directed to decide the representations (Annexure P1) pending before them in accordance with law on their own merits, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
