When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M.V.Pratap Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner was dismissed from services and then he approached the Labour Court and the said petition was also dismissed and aggrieved thereby, the present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the award. Learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.2 would submit that the 3. factory is closed and hence, the relief sought in this petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would further submit that, recording 4. the same, the petition may be disposed of, since no further orders are required in this matter. 5. Considering the submissions- made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. Sd/- A.
