Page No.# 2/2 2. Mr. Goswami has submitted that Mr. Jasawant Kataki is no longer associated with the Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. According to Mr. Goswami, Mr. Jasawant Kataki he has already left the Company. 3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 4. The petitioner is adviced to proceed further with the Bakijai proceedings to recover the money. Since the contemnor is no longer associated with the Company, this petition has lost its relevance. 5. The petitioner shall take resort to Bakijai proceedings to recover the money. 6. With the above direction, this Contempt Petition stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
