This review petition has been filed relying upon a letter dated 24.12.2024 that has been issued by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. 3. It is to be noted that the order passed by this Court was passed on February 4, 2025. When the matter was called on that particular date, this letter was neither in record nor supplementary affidavit was filed bringing the same on record. 4. In light of the same, we do not find any reason to review our order dated 4.2.2025, as the same has been passed in accordance with aw. The mistake of not bringing said letter on record is that of petitioner and accordingly, no discretion could be exercised in this matter. 5. We make it clear that the petitioner shall be at liberty to bring said letter/document before the authority concerned.
