GP FOR FISHERIES The Court made the following Order: This Writ Petition, is filed questioning the action of the respondent No.3 in calling the petitioner for execution of a fresh lease agreement with the respondent No.4 vide Notice in Rc.No.672/d/2022, dated 22.07.2022, as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and consequently, to direct the respondents to continue to receive the rents as per the Lease Agreement, dated 17.04.2019. 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. She filed a letter dated 16.07.2025, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), to that effect. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
