For Respondent(s) : Mr. Shree Ram Dhakar, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 08/09/2025 1. These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. on behalf of accused-petitioners. The accused- [2025:RJ-JP:35939] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-9964/2025] petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.220/2025, registered at Police Station Jurhera, District Deeg, for the offence(s) under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 317(5), 303(2), 308(2), 313 and 61(2)(a) of BNS and Sections 66-D and 67-a of I.T Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the accused- petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the accused-petitioners are in custody since long, there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioners, the matter is exclusively triable by Magistrate and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the grant of bail applications. 4. Heard and perused the material available on the record. 5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners and looking to the fact that the matter is exclusively triable by Magistrate, the accused-petitioners are in custody since long and the trial of the case may take considerable time, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. 6. Accordingly, these bail applications under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is ordered that the accused petitioners namely; 1. Ajruddin @ Arju S/o Khurshid, 2. Niyajuddin Alias Niyaju S/o Khurshid, 3. Tarif Khan S/o Ratti Khan and 4. Avid S/o Misroop, in connection with FIR No.220/2025, registered at Police Station Jurhera, District Deeg, shall be enlarged on bail provided each of them furnish a personal bond in [2025:RJ-JP:35939] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-9964/2025] the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for their appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
