The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bariatu P.S. Case No. 35/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 325 & 307 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri P.K. Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant causing grievous injuries on his person. 4. It appears that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
