The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu (Barkakana) P.S. Case No. 211/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 65(2), 74, 316(2), 318(4) & 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-I, Ramgarh. 3. On 21.07.2024, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons had restrained several minor girls and one of the co-accused persons is alleged to have raped one of the victims. It is alleged that the petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons molested other victims. 4. Bail application of the co-accused namely Raja Kumar Singh has earlier been rejected by this Court. 5.
