ORDER 16.12.2025 Heard Mr T J Mahanta, learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Ms P Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
2. It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the
order of this Court dated 14.11.2025, the petitioners have appeared before the investigating authorities and their statements have been recorded. It has been further stated that there is another case for judicial separation, which was filed by the petitioner No. 1 and upon receipt of the aforesaid notice, the present FIR had been lodged.
3. Since the petitioners have appeared before the investigating authorities and their statements have been recorded, this Court does not deem it necessary that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is required henceforth.
4. In such view of the matter, the privilege of bail granted to the petitioners on 14.11.2025, is hereby made absolute.
