The petitioners have filed this petition praying for following relief:- “It is, therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and be pleased to quash the FIR No.281/2022 registered by Police Station Janjgir, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) against the petitioners for the offence under section 294, 506, 323, 34 of Indian Penal Code, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present petition stating that in the present matter, charge-sheet has already been filed before the competent Court. 4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh if any further cause of action arises against the petitioners. 5.
