learned counsel representing Sri M. Balanaga Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.V. Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri Yogesh, learned Standing Counsel, appeared for respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in pursuance of an award passed by respondent No.3 bearing No.14/2023 vide Ref.No.B/613/2021, dated 29.04.2023 under Section 3G of the National Highways Act, 1956, the petitioner applied to respondent No.2 and the same

was numbered as Arbitration Case No.31/SLO-ACPT/2023. Learned counsel would also submit that respondent No.2 has not disposed of the arbitration application.
3. Sri B.V. Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the counsel appearing for the petitioner has taken time on several occasions. Respondent No.2, in fact, adjourned at the request made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the arbitration application.
4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the counsel appearing before the learned Arbitrator-cum-District Collector, Kakinada District, will cooperate for expeditious disposal of the arbitration application.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing respondent No.2 to dispose of the Arbitration Case No.31/SLO-ACPT/2023 filed by the petitioner against the Award No.14/2023, dated 29.04.2023 passed by respondent No.3, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three (03) months, strictly as per law. The petitioner shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the arbitration application pending before respondent No.2. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
