In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioners, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3. Admittedly, the suit is one for declaration and other reliefs. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the suit was posted for trial even as earlier as September 2023, however, there is no movement for the last two years.
