Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the legal issue involved in the case has already been adjudicated upon; Petitioner has filed representation dated 08.09.2024 (Annexure P-4) for the redressal of her grievances

- 2 - raised in the writ petition, but till date the same has not been adjudicated upon; Petitioner would be satisfied in case competent authority is directed to decide the representation in accordance with law within a time bound schedule.
The above is not objected to by learned Additional Advocate General.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner.
