AvaduthaKasinayina Mandal, YSR District from the 22-A list ie., from the prohibitory property list since the same was assigned in the petitioner favor under Serving Soldier category on 28-12-2010, even after lapse of 15 years as illegal arbitrary, abdication of statutory duty caste on him, apart from being fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to delete the land in an extent of Ac.5.00 Cents in Sy.No.81/1 of Akkamgundia Village fields AvaduthaKasinayina Mandal, YSR District from the 22-A list ie., from the prohibitary property list and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.2 to consider the representation, dated 27-05-2025 (posted on 06-06-2025) submitted by the petitioner and take appropriate action on the same, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an extent of Ac.5- 00 cents in Sy.No.81/1 of Akkamgundla Village fields, Avaduthakasinayina Mandal, YSR Kadapa District was (hereinafter referred to as “subject land”) assigned to the petitioner. The Record of Rights was updated, and the name of the petitioner is mutated in the revenue records. RoR 1 B and Pahani dated 28.07.2020 are filed as Ex.P.5.
Learned counsel would also submit that the above-mentioned agricultural lands were included in the prohibited properties list under Section

22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 (for short “the Act”). Hence, the petitioner made an application vide TTA012500129186, dated 08.04.2025. However, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the application filed by the petitioner seeking deletion of the subject land is under consideration and the 2nd respondent will pass appropriate orders.
4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is
disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application made by the petitioner vide TTA012500129186, dated 08.04.2025 for deletion of an extent of Ac.5-00 cents in Sy.No.81/1 of Akkamgundla Village fields, Avaduthakasinayina Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
