This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the accused/applicant, viz., Rahul Shah in connection with Hajo P.S. Case No.33/2025 registered under Sections 140(3)/64(1) of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 4(1) of the POCSO Act. The allegation against the accused/applicant is that the accused/applicant kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. The learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State submits that Charge- sheet in the instant case has been filed vide Charge-Sheet No.335/2025 dated 28.09.2025. In view of the aforesaid, this instant Bail Application is closed with liberty to the accused/applicant to approach the learned Trial Court for appropriate relief.
