The parties have filed the compromise petition under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC and affixed their signatures in the compromise petition and the same has been identified by the respective counsel. In terms of the compromise, the appellants have agreed to execute the sale deed in favour of the respondent by receiving a total sale consideration of Rs.1,50,00,000/-. In terms of the compromise, Rs.5,00,000/- is given in favour of appellant No.1 –Smt. Nagamma by way of Demand Draft bearing No.244448 dated 25.04.2025; Rs.63,50,000/- is given in favour of appellant No.2 – Sri Narasimhamurthy by way of Demand Draft bearing No.244444 dated 25.04.2025; Rs.65,00,000/- is given in favour of appellant No.3 – Sri Manjunatha Rao by way of Demand Draft bearing No.244445 dated 25.04.2025; Rs.5,00,000/- is given in favour of appellant No.4 – Smt. Sarojamma by way of - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21967 RSA No. 1183 of 2023 Demand Draft bearing No.244450 dated 25.04.2025; Rs.5,00,000/- is given in favour of appellant No.5 – Smt. Nagamani by way of Demand Draft bearing No.244449 dated 25.04.2025; Rs.5,00,000/- is given in favour of appellant No.6 – Smt. Bhagyamma @ Bhagyalakshmi by way of Demand Draft bearing No.244451 dated 25.04.2025 and all the Demand Drafts are drawn on IDBI Bank, Banaswadi Branch, Bengaluru and Rs.1,50,000/- was paid by way of cash in favour of appellant No.2 – Narasimha Murthy. 3. The parties have understood the terms of the compromise. Hence, compromise petition is accepted. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise taken place between the parties. 4.
