Page No.# 2/2 This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicant, viz., Ekbal Ali in connection with Mushalpur P.S. Case No.47/2025 registered under Sections 61(2)/308(6)/319(2) with added Section 318(4) of the BNS, 2023 read with Sections 66(C)/66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. The learned Addl. P.P., Assam has submitted that charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide Charge-Sheet No.68/2025 dated 30.10.2025. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused/ applicant submits that he should be given liberty to appear before the Trial Court seeking appropriate relief. Accordingly, the instant application is closed with liberty to the applicant to appear before the learned Trial Court for appropriate relief. The Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of.
